Canceling An Order

We do our best to quickly process your order and get it shipped. In some cases is may be possible to cancel the order if we receive and acknowledge your cancellation request before it ships. If the order has already been processed then cancellation is not possible and you will have contact us once you receive the order. The best way to contact us for canceling an order is by sending an e-mail to orders@bookcloseouts.com and entering in the subject line "CANCEL ORDER".

  1. All of our books have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, send it back for an exchange or full refund, within 5 days of receipt.
  2. Call or e-mail our Customer Service Department to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Also state why you are returning the product.
  3. Place the RAN on the inside and outside of the return package.
  4. Send the package back to us.
  5. We will adjust the amount billed to your credit card upon receipt of your returned order. Your exchange or refund may not include shipping and handling charges. If product is returned from an order in which a coupon was used and the new subtotal is below the required minimum for the coupon used, then the refund will be reduced by the value of the coupon redeemed.

On occasion we will promote certain books by reducing their price. This may include single titles, or books of an entire category. Customers who purchase these books, prior to the price reduction, will not be eligible for the discount or a credit for the difference. Also, a current lower price is not a valid reason to return books.

 

Gift Wrapping

We do not provide a gift wrapping service, however, we do offer a Drop-Ship delivery option which is great for giving gifts.

If you have not yet received your order and think that you should have by now, please view estimated Shipping Times as well as your Past Orders Summary for clarification. If you still believe that your order is missing or delayed, please contact us within two weeks of your order's estimated delivery time. Be sure to include your shipping confirmation number or your order ID sent to you by e-mail at the time your order was shipped.
